McDonalds in Stretford Robbed

Police were called on September 7 at around 5am to reports of a burglary at McDonalds in Stretford.

Officers attended and found that an offender had deactivated an alarm before breaking a window to gain access to the premises.

Once inside, the offender located the safe and took a large amount of cash from it, before fleeing in an unknown direction.

Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances around this incident.
