Work has got underway on a housing development on Lock lane in Partington.

The name of the new housing development “Egerton Rise” will eventually have around 25, 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments, a new road will also be created.

This housing development has caused some residents concerns, with noise, dust and privacy issues, the developer has made sure all concerns has been looked at.

Apartments will be available later on this year.
