Cherry Lane in Sale due to be part resurfaced soon

Markings on Cherry Lane in Sale tell us that One Trafford are about to resurface the road from the school all the way down towards Firsway.

We had complained consistently about the state of this road which in parts was crumbling, and with huge potholes was making things unsafe for all road users.

Whilst work is done expect the road to be closed off, we expect this to be overnight to minimise disruption to residents.

A report was also sent to One Trafford about a huge pothole causing problems on Sinderland Road near a roundabout at Waitrose in Broadheath, and other reports of big looking potholes further down on Sinderland Lane.

It is a big job to get all these dangerous looking potholes filled and made safe, now the warmer weather has come One Trafford can catch up as the colder weather was causing fixed potholes to re-open again.
