Virgin Media makes up with ITV after signing a new 3-year deal

ITV threatened to pull the plug on Virgin Media if they did not pay the fees they wanted, all customers would have seen every iTV channel vanish from the EPG sometime over the next day or two.

Fortunately Virgin Media signed on the dotted line a three-year deal that satisfied ITV’s demands and keeps around 4 million Virgin Media TV subscribers happy.

A spokesperson for Virgin Media also revealed that they are continuing to talk with UKTV to settle the differences and hope to reach a deal so that customers can again enjoy the channels that UKTV offer.
