Wash Your Hands!

The symptoms are not nice, normally being sick and some may even have the trots, the way the bug gets into a host (You!) is simply by touching surfaces with the bug present, human contact and eating food prepared by someone with the bug.

The norovirus bug could last up to 12 days in the right conditions, on surfaces even on someones clothes!

This is a nasty bug, fortunately symptoms only last a couple of days, the way to stop all this from happening is to wash your hands on a frequent basis and to watch who has a sickness.

If you eat from take aways you will be at more risk as many of these chinese establishments allow staff to work when unwell.

Anti bacterial gels do not stop nurovirus according to the NHS, if you do happen to get this nasty bug, we suggest to get some Dioralyte

If symptoms go over the two days and are not getting any better, it will be time to contact your GP or ring the NHS number 111.
