A group of fancy dress charity walkers brought many smiles as they walked through Altrincham yesterday (Aug 5)

People saw the walkers in childrens costumes on Manchester Road going towards George Richards Way at around 2pm.

They brought smiles and lots of beeps from passing motorists.

They had with them red buckets which looked fairly empty, we believe they were working for NCS.
