Protesters will attend to show the sponsor Ineos who now are the backers of Team Ineos Pro Cycling Team they are not happy with the company, they have said though that they will come in peace and will respect cycling fans at the event.

Thousands of people are due to attend and line the roads around Market Street, the last stage of the tour will get going proper when they approach Cow Lane you can see the full list of roads and expected time of arrivalĀ HERE

Frack free Greater Manchester group added on their Facebook account “To reduce our carbon emissions fossil fuels need to be left in the ground. Due to its detrimental local health impacts and climate-busting methane emissions fracking is especially toxic and should be urgently banned across the UK as it has been in other countries.”

Because of the numbers of people attending it is expected to be a nightmare for emergency services and roads for hours will be shut down in the Altrincham area.
