The Supreme Court has found the prorogue of parliament was unlawful.

It was an historic day and one for the government to forget as the Supreme Court in London went against Boris Johnson and his taped up Tory party.
Once the decision was announced MPs from opposition party’s called for Boris Johnson to resign including Jeremy Corbyn who was holding a speech at the Labour Party conference in Brighton.
The speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow has said that everyone is to return to Parliament at 11.30am tomorrow September 25th.
The Conservative Party conferance in Manchester next week may not go ahead because of what has happened today.
