On arrival at Denver on September 26th the aircraft was met by police and engineers who after around 10 minutes of hacking a way at the door and freed her.

The door had malfunctioned trapping the women inside, one person on board the jet said on Twitter that “I did not know how the passenger was when the aircraft was landing but she came alright…she is alright”

Staff checked her over and confirmed the passenger was fine although a little bit embarrassed by the incident.

The loo malfunction meant everyone on board the aircraft had to wait around 3 hours for it to depart Denver to it’s original destination in San Francisco.
