Police need your help in finding the family of a 28-year-old man who died in Manchester

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace family of a man from the Northern Quarter area of Manchester.

Stephen Startup, age 28, passed away at home on Turner Street Manchester on the 19 November 2019.

There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
