Two more 5G masts to go up in Trafford

Mobile operator O2 has plans to install two 20 metre 5G masts in Flixton and in Stretford soon.

The proposed 5G mast with 6 antennas and microwave dishes including a GPS module will replace the one in operation now and will be 10 metres taller, letters have been sent to councillors Lally, Proctor and Thomas including the MP Kate Green.

An outline consultation has gone out to Flixton Junior School.

You can object to this dangerous mast on the Trafford planning portal, you may need to sign up to have your say.

The proposed Stretford 5G mast operated by O2 is to be installed opposite Stretford Tip on Chester Road and will replace a 10 metre mast currently in operation.

This 5G mast will be 20 metres high and will have 6 antennas, 2 microwave dishes and a GPS module.

Councillors Adshead, Slater and Ross have been contacted about the mast and also the MP Kate Green.
