Partington juvenile charged after a recent incident at Mill Bank Farm on Lock Lane

Police have today 11 July 2020 charged a male juvenile after an incident where an elderly man suffering with cancer was targeted by a group of youths it occurred on Mill Bank Hall Farm, Lock Lane, Partington on 7th June 2020

The male juvenile was charged with the following offences: Common Assault, Attempt Theft of Motor Vehicle & Criminal Damage & will appear at Manchester Youth Court in the near future.

More action has also been taken in regards to Anti-Social Behaviour in the area of Oak Road, Partington and with the help of Trafford Council & Your Housing Group is as follows:

2x Referrals to the Youth Offending Service
5x Your housing Association Tenancy Warnings issued
1x Council Community Protection Notice Served (with various conditions attached)
5x Police Dispersal Order Notices issued

Police have said that they will continue to clamp down on Anti-Social Behaviour within the Partington area.

Officers have thanked the local community who did a fundraiser for the victim which led to the damaged greenhouse being replaced along with a CCTV system being fitted at the victim’s home address which is just amazing.
