This Saturday sees the top two teams in the ADM Championship, Trafford MV and Aspull, go head-to-head in a potential league title decider. With everything to play for, and just one point separating both sides, it’s time to do battle again on home soil.

After the breath-taking fixture at Woods Road earlier in the season which Trafford MV won 15-18 with a last minute score in a good arm wrestle of a match.

Once more both teams do battle as they race to end the season on a high! We are sure that both sides will put 100% into this fixture leading to another classic encounter at Trafford MV’s MacPherson Park (M33 6LR).

So, the question is – Where are you going to be this Saturday afternoon?

Trafford MV will be without the injured Paul Davenport (shoulder) and the suspended Andy Quigley but a strong squad will be fielded in this crucial game.

There is no admission to the game as Trafford MV look to engage with the local community and grow their support within the borough. Trafford MV’s clubhouse will be open from 1.00pm prior to the games kick off at 2.15pm

We also have the 2nd XV playing at home with Wigan 2’s as the opposition while the 3rd XV travel to Oldham.

With Covid restrictions easing Trafford MV are please to be able to offer Club social events once again and will be hosting frequent events going forward. Coming up there are the following events

Quiz Night on Friday Night Jan 28th

Fish and Chip Night Feb 11th

Gin Tasting Night March 1st

Coverage of the 6 Nations Rugby Championship will be shown on the big screens in the Clubhouse with the opening games on Sat Feb 5th Ireland vs Wales and later in the day Scotland vs England
