The results of the local elections did not come overnight as normal and we got them mid afternoon today instead so below is who won and who lost here in Trafford:

Altrincham:

Green Party: Dan Geromme is re-elected with a vote of 2,354 in second place was the Tories with a vote of 947, Labour was third with 469 and Lib Dems in last place with 103.

Ashton on Mersey:

Labour gain: Tom O’Brian wins with 1,848 votes, in second place was the Tories with 1,411 votes in third was Green Party with 292 votes and last was Lib Dems with 148 votes.

Bowdon:

Conservative hold: Shengki Zhi with 1,628 votes, second place Green Party with 826, Labour 450 and Lib Dems coming last with 221

Bucklow St Martins:

Labour Hold winning with 1, 282 votes, Tories came second with 443 votes, Green Party got 111 votes and Lib Dems 87 votes.

Broadheath:

Labour hold: Amy White re-elected with 1.894 votes, in second place was the Tories with 1,649 a very close call that ward, in third was Lib Dems with 265 and Green Party 263 in 4th place and an independent candidate bottom with 140 votes.

Brooklands:

Labour Hold: Will Jones won with 1.593, in second place was Tories with 1, 50, in third place was Green Party with 247 votes and Lib Dems in last place with 202 votes.

Clifford:

Labour hold, Sophie Taylor re-elected with 2,288 votes, in second place was Green Party with 353 votes in third place came the Tories on 155 votes and Lib Dems last with 85 votes.

Davyhulme East:

Labour hold: Shirley Proctor wins with 1, 732 votes, in second was the Tories with 1, 134, in third was Green Party with 180 and Lib Dems last with 138 votes.

Davyhulme West:

Labour hold: Graham Whitham re-elected with 1,780 votes and in second place was the Tories who got 1, 094 votes, Green Party came third with 185 votes and Lib Dems last with 137 votes.

Flixton:

Labour hold: Simon Thomas re-elected with 2, 152 votes, the Tories in second with 1,051 votes, Green Party in third with 285 votes and Lib Dems last with 117 votes.

Gorse Hill:

Labour wins both seats, David Acton re-elected and Fianna Hornby elected with a combined vote of 3,482 in third place was the Tories with 807 votes in 4th place was Green Party with 468 and Lib Dems last with 265 votes.

Hale Barns:

Tory hold: Dylan Butt re-elected with 1,676 votes, in second place was Labour with 657, Lib Dems snatches third place with 254 votes and Green Party in last place with 247 votes.

Hale Central:

Green Party Gain: Jane Francis elected with 1,776 votes, Tories second with 1,255 votes and Labour in third with 324 votes, last was Lib Dems with 200 votes.

Longford:

Labour hold: Dan Jarman is re-elected with 2,338 votes, second was Tories with 451 votes and in third was Green Party with 444 votes, in last place was Lib Dems with 224 votes.

Urmston:

Labour hold: Kevin Proctor is re-elected with 2.043 votes, Tories second with 894 votes, and Green Party with 291 votes with Lib Dems last with 192 votes.

Priory:

Labour Hold: Louise Dagnall re-elected with 2,076 votes, in second place was the Tories with 824 votes, Green Party third with 338 votes and Lib dems with 222.

Sale Moor:

Labour hold: Liz Patel re-elected with 1,577 votes, Tories in second place with 830, Greens in third with 264 votes and Lib Dems in last place with 136 votes

St Mary’s:

Tory hold: Rob Duncan wins with 1,513 votes, in second place was Labour with 1,152 votes, in third Green Party with 188 votes and Lib Dems with 183 votes.

Stretford:

Labour hold: Jane Slater re-elected with 2,013 votes, Tories in second with 431 votes and Green Party gets third with 281 votes, last place is Lib Dems with 104 votes.

Timperley:

Lib Dem Gain: William Frass elected with 2,182 votes, the Tories in second place with 1,413 votes and in third came Labour with 438 votes, last was Green Party who got 205 votes.

Village:

Lib Dem Gain: Shaun Ennis elected with 1,764 votes, Tories came second with 939 votes and Labour in third place with 512 votes, Greens came last with 122 votes.
