Police are appealing for information following a collision on 3 June at the junction of Mosley Street and Princess Street in Manchester City Centre.

The collision involved a male pedestrian on roller skates and a double decker bus.

The pedestrian, a 29-year-old man, was taken to hospital with head injuries. He is currently in a stable condition.

PC Karl Horner, of GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “Due to the bank holiday and weather, Manchester City Centre was busy yesterday so we have no doubt that members of the public may have witnessed this collision and the lead up to it – perhaps even capturing footage on their mobile phones.

“I ask anyone with information or footage, whether that be from mobile phones, dash cams or cyclists action cameras to share it with us without delay.”

Anyone with information should contact 0161 856 4741 quoting 1938 03/06/22. Information can also be shared anonymously via the independent charity – Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
