Miller Homes has announced a strong start at its Manchester-based development, Varsity Quarter, which saw 4 homes reserved in the first hour of its initial Digital Launch, which took place on the Saturday just gone.

It comes as the homebuilder announces plans to unveil its bespoke sales centre this summer, followed shortly thereafter by the Show Homes.

The development will encompass a mix of 23 two-bedroom homes, 132 three-bedroom ones and 69 four-bedroom properties. There will also be 55 homes designated as affordable, with the sales of these properties operated by an external housing provider

Homes currently listed on the website following the launch include the Burnett and Wilson, and prices of available plots start from £370,000.

Clare Noakes, Sales Director of Miller Homes in the North West, commented: “We’re delighted to see the first wave of interest in the new Varsity Quarter development. Our team has put a great deal of work and effort into the transforming the old Manchester College into this beautiful development and we are pleased to see that sales thus far are reflecting this dedication.”
