BA invetigates as 380,000 customers personal and financial data was stolen

British AIrways have started an investigation after they found 380,000 customers data had been stolen from the website and app.

From 10,58pm on Aug 21 until 9,45pm on September 5th customers personal and financial details were compromised.

No passport or travel details were stolen.

You need to get your password changed as soon as you can you can do this by clicking the forgotten password link at the top of the homepage.

British Airways strongly suggests you contact your bank and follow recommended advice.

BA says that everything is back to normal and the site is working well, any bookings you have will still be valid.
