A change of use from offices to a 212 bed hotel on Chester Road in Stretford could get approved soon.
The site is at the corner of Chester Road and opposite the Trafford Pub, it is ideal for football fans who need to stop over, and for local people.
If it is approved at Trafford planning, the current offices will be demolished making way for a 16 storey high hotel that also includes a roof top bar!
The proposed change of use will also mean 65 new jobs will be created, a study on the effects of pollution has been made and no significant issues will result once the change of use had been made.
The hotel will have a secure bike lock up and a car park.
This proposal is a good one for football fans and music fans, its ideally located for everyone and expect it to be approved.
