Are you planning some adventures with your little ones this half term? From the Upside Down House to a top-secret Top Trumps mission at SEA LIFE, there’s plenty of fun to be had at intu Trafford Centre this February, with some great events and offers over half-term

  • Join the ‘Jawsome’ quest at SEA LIFE (15 February – 15 March)

Can you help Professor Fin find missing Top Trumps Cards to become a Jawsome Ranger?

Join SEA LIFE’s new Jawsome Sharks and Friends quest to help the professor in his mission to locate the missing cards and place them in the correct order.   • The Upside-Down House

The Upside-Down House is a topsy-turvy experience which gives you the chance to take ‘zero gravity’ selfies. Find it (on its head) outside the Great Hall. Open Monday – Friday 10am – 8pm, Saturday 10am – 9pm and Sunday 12pm – 6pm.

  •  Pokémon Card Trade Day at Waterstones (16 February)

To celebrate the launch of Pokémon Sword and Shield expansion cards, Waterstones is hosting its very first Trade Day where everyone is welcome to swap their Pokémon cards in-store. The first 50 people to visit the store will receive some free goodies, including a three-card sampling pack. This free event will take place from 12pm – 6pm.

  • Read, wriggle and rhyme with Acorn Wood at Waterstones (18 February, 10am)

Bring the little ones for a morning of story time and crafts. Listen to favourite Acorn Wood stories Fox’s Socks, Postman Bear and Rabbit’s Nap, as well as lots of singing and dancing to all your favourite nursery rhymes!

  • Half term fun at Selfridges

Enjoy complimentary face painting, a craft station and ‘Happy Hunt’ in Selfridges this half term.

Bring the whole family to search for smiley faces around the store (Thursday 20 – Sunday 23 February 2pm – 6pm). Complimentary face painting will be available on 22 – 23 February (12pm – 6pm) as well as a craft station 22 February (12pm – 6pm).

  • Bambinos eat for £1 at Carluccio’s over half term

Carluccio’s is spreading some cheer by filling up little tummies for just £1 throughout February half term. Under 10s can enjoy a delicious main course, dessert and soft drink for just £1 with every adult main ordered. The kids’ menu features a choice of classic Italian family favourites including pasta with ragu, meatballs, or pesto; ham and pea risotto or a creamy lasagne. Whilst the kids are knee deep in Carluccio’s at-table activity packs, there might even be time for a glass of prosecco!

  • Try the tofu challenge at Wagamama

As well as noodles for slurping and crayons for colouring, your adventurous little noodlers can explore new flavours with the wagamama tofu challenge – and win a sticker too! Ask your server to try a piece of protein-packed tofu for free.
