A RAF C-17 was seen over Manchester this afternoon taking part in training missions.
The C-17 Globemaster III transporter came around a few times at around 4.30pm today although we can reveal through live radar it never landed.
Military aircraft were everywhere in the UK during the early evening, one C-17 was doing training missions over Yorkshire at the same time.
German military aircraft came over and several US military aircraft was seen flying around East Anglia.
Some people started putting two and two together about the possibility of the military taking charge to make sure we are all in lockdown, however this is not going to happen and as a result of most of us following government guidelines we should see some restrictions lifted next week sometime.
The RAF C-17 is a US McDonnell Douglas made aircraft and its first flight was in 1991, the aircraft has four Pratt and Whitney F117-PW-100 turbofan engines.
